2. Evaluation: Our specialists will review your items for fit with our auction and provide complimentary auction estimates.

3. Agreement: We work together to establish a competitive commission rate and finalize terms in a clear, straightforward consignment contract.

4. Preparation: From professional photography and cataloging to item storage and advertising, we take care of everything at no additional cost to you.

5. Sale & Marketing: Your items are showcased in our fully illustrated online catalog and promoted in marketing campaigns that reach bidders worldwide.

6. Settlement: Payment for sold items is issued to you within 35 days of the auction, along with a full accounting of your consignment. For items that have not sold, you may choose to have us re-offer the lot in a future sale with adjusted estimates or you may reclaim your item without penalty. Unlike many houses, Butterscotch does not charge any release fees.
